Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Keshav Katwe, the individual who operates Pushwing ("Pushwing", "we", "us"). Pushwing is not yet a registered company. The terms govern your use of Pushwing (the "Service"), which lets you publish to and manage your own YouTube channels and Instagram professional accounts from an AI assistant. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Third-party platforms

  • Pushwing uses the YouTube API Services. By using Pushwing's YouTube features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's use of your data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
  • By using Pushwing's Instagram features you agree to Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.
  • Pushwing is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Google, YouTube, Meta or Instagram. Those platforms may change or limit their APIs at any time, which may change what the Service can do.

2. Your account

  • You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and at least the minimum age each connected platform requires.
  • Keep your sign-in and API keys secret. You are responsible for activity under your account and keys; revoke a key on the dashboard if it may be exposed.

3. Acceptable use

You may connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage, and you must not use the Service to:

  • publish content that infringes others' rights or breaks the law or any connected platform's policies;
  • automate engagement (mass commenting, replying, liking, following, or artificially inflating views or metrics), send spam, or run cross-account scraping;
  • get around platform limits or quotas, or Pushwing's own rate limits;
  • interfere with, probe or overload the Service, or access it other than through the dashboard, the MCP endpoint and the documented credentials.

When content is realistic and made or altered with AI, tell your AI assistant so Pushwing can apply the platform's disclosure label (for example YouTube's altered or synthetic content setting).

4. AI assistants act for you

Actions your AI assistant takes through Pushwing are taken on your behalf and you are responsible for them. Actions that publish publicly or are hard to undo return a preview first and run only after a confirmation; review previews before you approve them. AI assistants can make mistakes.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you publish. You give Pushwing a limited license to store, process and transmit it only as needed to perform the actions you request. Pushwing does not claim ownership of your content and does not use it to train AI models.

6. Limits and availability

  • The Service is in early access. Features may change and limits apply, including YouTube API quota, Instagram's publishing limit and Pushwing's rate limits.
  • Until YouTube approves Pushwing's API compliance audit, videos uploaded through Pushwing are set to private by YouTube.
  • We may suspend or end access to the Service, or to an account that breaks these terms, with notice where reasonable.

7. Ending your use

You can disconnect accounts and revoke keys at any time on the dashboard, and ask us to delete your account as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that publishing will succeed, happen at a particular time, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pushwing will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. We will change the effective date above and, for material changes, notify you by email or on the dashboard before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
