Request Instagram access
Join the Pushwing waitlist to request early access. We’ll email you when your invitation is ready. Instagram publishing also requires a separate tester invitation while access is limited. If you already have a Pushwing account, email support with your Instagram Business or Creator username to request that invitation.
Delete your data
- One account: Dashboard → Connections → Disconnect. For YouTube this revokes the token at Google; for Instagram, removing Pushwing under Instagram's apps and websites triggers Meta's deletion callback and we delete the connection.
- Everything: Dashboard → Settings → Danger zone → Delete account, or email privacy@pushwing.com. Connections, jobs, the activity log and your sign-in are deleted within 30 days; staged media is deleted after 24 hours regardless.
Common problems
| access_denied | You cancelled the Google or Instagram sign-in. Start the connection again from the dashboard. |
| no_channel | The Google account you picked has no YouTube channel. Choose the account (or brand account) that owns the channel. |
| bad_request | The sign-in link expired (they last 10 minutes) or was opened twice. Start again from the dashboard. |
| provider_error | Google or Meta did not answer in time. Try again in a minute; if it keeps happening, email support. |
| "Unverified app" screen | Expected while Google reviews our OAuth app. Click Advanced, then Continue. |
| "Insufficient developer role" (Instagram) | Your Instagram account is not yet added as a tester. Request access below. |

Clients without OAuth use a pw_ API key from the dashboard:
